Use Skype or Vonage to hear the information you need over your cell phone

You can configure PAL to use your own soft phone service to call PAL from any telephone. Some common soft phone services such as those provided by Skype, Vonage, and BroadVoice work with PAL.

Microphone-only (Local) Mode

No VoIP service is required to use PAL with a PC microphone and speakers (local mode).
