PAL can connect a call to any Outlook contact over your cell phone. You can:

• Place a call to any Outlook contact by simply saying "Call so-and-so".
• Depending on the soft phone service you are using with PAL, you can either execute a transfer or conference to your contact:
  • transfer - PAL hangs up and you talk directly to your contact
  • conference - PAL stays on the line, listening quietly; when your contact hangs up, PAL comes back
